15 Years of Marketing, PR and Sales experience.

A decade of experience should be your minimum requirement when hiring a marketer. I come with the lens of entrepreneurship starting 7 companies including using marketing and PR to turn myself into a professional athlete. I also had some wild success and plenty of epic failures along the way- all of which I gained extremely valuable experience from to help you.

My skill sets were refined within my more recent experience at an executive corporate marketer. Before launching this Torah observant digital marketing agency, I was an executive in a finance firm directing all marketing efforts and managing a team across 3 brands.

I am able to see what the world and your competitors are up to and help you navigate these tricky times in the online marketing space. My experience helps me to anticipate what issues we are going to run into, how to build your team, and how to mitigate the speed bumps along the way. Let’s work together to save you time and money in your marketing.

Madeline spent six years as a professional skier, fearlessly free-solo climbing and skiing active, glaciated volcanoes across the world. In just 28 days, she skied the equivalent of Mt. Everest from base camp to summit 4.7 times. Though she’s retired from her ski career, she still hikes through snowy trails—usually accompanied by her 13-pound toy poodle.

An unexpected illness led Madeline to step away from her adrenaline-fueled pursuits, ultimately guiding her to the truth of YHWH Elohim and a life centered on walking the narrow path as a disciple of the Messiah. Once a thriving yet unfulfilled entrepreneur and elite athlete, she found her true identity as a child of The Most High. Today, her life is no longer driven by business trips or extreme climbs but by building relationships with fellow Christian entrepreneurs and tending to her small yet meaningful garden in a quiet Michigan village.

Madeline has helped businesses of all sizes—from emerging entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar corporations—craft compelling brands and scale their sales. FAQs

  • Every business is unique, and so are its marketing needs. A $10K/month Google ad budget might drive incredible results for one company while being completely unnecessary not work as well for another. Some businesses thrive with just a few hundred dollars in ads—or none at all. That’s why we take a fair and transparent approach to marketing fees.

On a free call, Madeline will learn about your business and recommend specific services—or offer honest advice if your company isn’t at the stage were hiring out marketing makes sense. Industry averages for marketing spend vary, but a common rule of thumb is allocating 3-20% of your revenue to marketing- ouch that number can be high and completely industry dependent. Search your industry online and see what percentage is recommended for marketing spend. Marketing coaching could be a better and more economical route for you.

During your consultation, we’ll break down whether investing in marketing is the right move for you right now. At the very least, you’ll walk away with valuable insights and free loving advice.

  • Rethinking Social Media Marketing

If you love social media and want to post consistently—fantastic! But let’s be real: social media is one of the least effective ways to build sustainable sales in your business. The platforms are designed to keep users engaged, not to work in your favor as a business owner.

Instead of throwing money into the content creation hamster wheel, let’s develop a strategy that actually moves the needle. On our free call, we’ll break down the most effective ways to build your brand, drive sales, and create lasting impact. If your business happens to be one of the few that thrives with social media advertising, we offer those services too.

The plan we create together can be executed by you and your team at little to no cost—or you can hire my agency to tackle it for you. No pressure, no obligation—just real strategies that make sense for your business.

  • Every business has unique needs, so pricing varies depending on the scope of work. Our ad management services typically follow either a flat-rate model or a percentage of ad spend. Social media posting starts at around $500 per platform for three static posts per week—this covers scheduling and management, but content production video editing is a separate fee. We also recommend having 2-3 platforms and posting video content.

For SEO and website work, rates average around $150 per hour, depending on the software you currently use, and the specific tasks required. Logo design is typically $500-$1,500, and a new website starts at a minimum investment of $10K and soars into the 6-figure range depending on the size of your company. Madeline has worked with multiple million-dollar a year profiting companies that need that high-end level of support and its NOT for everyone. These are rough estimates to give you a general idea—your final costs will depend on your specific project.

If these numbers feel overwhelming, private coaching might be a great alternative. I can teach you how to hire interns, giving you a more cost-effective option while still growing your brand. There are pros and cons to this approach, but I’ve managed multiple interns with different agreements and can guide you through the process. If outsourcing internationally sounds intriguing, I can also share best hiring practices for working with overseas talent at a fraction of the cost.

Let’s hop on a free call to discuss the best path forward. Whether you decide to invest in full-service marketing or take a DIY approach, you’ll walk away with real strategies to help move your business toward its goals.

  • The marketing industry standard is around 45 days for Google Ads and 6–12 months for organic approaches like SEO blogging, podcasting, and brand partnerships. I’ve seen brand partnerships take off immediately, with the first connection landing a deal. I’ve also personally been on the other end—sending 50+ cold pitches before receiving my first response.

Once you land your first podcast feature or first sponsor, the process becomes easier, as brands are more likely to trust you. However, it can be a long road, and hiring an agency to handle this can be costly.

Marketing coaching is often the more economical approach, allowing you to learn how to do these things for your own business. Plus, you gain a skill set that can be transferred to other businesses you own or even passed down to your children.

Madeline also teaches teams, employees, and groups. If you’re interested in hiring her for a workshop, reach out!

Kinda like mountain climbing, you won’t make it without discipline: whether launching a business or scaling an existing company.

Business Coaching: From Overwhelmed to Sold-Out-Services

Since 2017, I’ve built seven businesses— figuring it out the hard way. I started a retreat company that got shut down during the pandemic. My art curatorial business was built on values I no longer hold, so I shut that one down too. My online school was thriving until I took a corporate marketing role as a finance exec. That job required me to scrub my internet presence, which meant closing everything I had built.

I’ve started over so many times that I’ve gotten really good at the building part of business ownership. And honestly? That’s why my marketing approach has worked for many clients across industries from finance to art—I’ve already made the mistakes, to limit yours.

My clients have gone from side hustles to brick-and-mortar storefronts in LA. From overwhelmed and broke to sold-out with waitlists. If you’re ready to skip some trial and error, let’s build something that works together.

Is it in God’s will to work together? Not sure, yet. Please, fill out the contact form and Madeline will reach out to schedule a phone call to talk about your business marketing needs.

Our services are not a good fit for everyone, and we definitely don’t “sell you.” Space is also limited to keep the experience great for everyone- marketers and clients alike.

You’ll probably get some good free advice on the call and together you and Madeline can decide if engaging in a collaborative work environment makes sense. Each contract is custom built and a month-to-month agreement because life happens. We need to surrender to our flesh daily to ensure we are living out God’s will for our lives. Sometimes, that means changing course mid-contract and that’s ok. We all need to make room for the Messiah to work in our lives and businesses.
